All ticket sales are final. No refunds for no-shows, incorrect session or any other reason - please ensure you purchase the correct sessions and quantities.

Payment by credit/debit card (normal checkout) or Google/Apple Pay (express checkout).

A session ticket is valid for an entire morning, afternoon or evening session, for any venue in operation during that session.

Moving between venues is permissible with the same ticket.

Tickets will be checked on the door of each venue.

The email confirmation of purchase will be your ticket so please use a valid email address at checkout, watching for typos.

Please bring your ticket with you in electronic or hard copy form.

A separate ticket will be issued for each session purchased, in separate emails, so please check your spam/junk folder in case some emails get filtered by your email system.

Only one ticket will be issued for the entire group for a session. Please arrive together to avoid issues at the door, or purchase in separate transactions.

Verification of eligibility for concessions may be requested.

Session start times and duration are approximate. Please check the timetable in the programme.

Please do not arrive too early as space for waiting at the venues is extremely limited. You may be asked to wait outside to avoid congestion and to comply with fire regulations.
